While the contemporary woman enjoys more life choices than possibly ever before, those choices create a need for more decisions to be made personally, professionally and within relationships. There are long term consequences to many of these life choices, some we recognize and others that we don't, especially at an early age.

In order to create better life satisfaction, Nina Sutton has developed a program that encourages a proactive decision making process, based on the client's own needs, goals and values.

Life is full of opportunity as well as challenge. While balance in work/life, motherhood/career has been the goal for the last several years, balance can be tested through normal and unexpected life events. In order to become resilient, certain tools are needed to adapt to most situations that cross our life path.

Through private and small group consultation, Nina works with clients to facilitate a plan for their own life course, whether that person is starting their career, considering long term relationships/parenthood, transitioning to new roles at later stages, or facing unexpected upheaval through divorce or other loss.
